Description

Complexo constituído por três blocos de granito com sete painéis gravados. As gravuras mostram uma evolução ao longo do tempo: as mais antigas são motivos geométricos (reticulados) e covinhas. Posteriormente, foram gravados sulcos mais largos formando figuras híbridas (homem/animal), e um punhal. O local possui boa acústica e exige circulação em redor das rochas para visualização completa.

The engravings are located near the village of Trebilhadouro, a restored village of Portugal, situated in the Serra da Freita mountain range.

Access to the main site of the Trebilhadouro engravings (which includes Sobidade) is via a small pedestrian trail, about 1 km from the village, next to a small stream. The area is signposted and can be integrated into hiking trails in the region.
